B&B in Govone - Bed & Breakfast in Piedmont - A romantic family-run hotel in a historical building - BeB between Alba and Asti in the province of Cuneo, Italy 


Some of these recipes were handed down by Guido’s grandmother Mina, the owner of Il Centro restaurant and hotel (her Fritto misto alla piemontese was an unforgettable experience). Others come from Raffaella’s grandmother Ida, who was from Langa; her coniglio alle erbe (rabbit with herbs) was to die for! Ida would go picking wild herbs in the Langhe and conserve them lovingly in jars for her recipes.
